Team Florida Track Club

Team FTC is a local training group of 100+ runners of all ages and abilities that meet up for weekly training runs and races. Coach Enoch, a legendary runner for the University of Florida, offers customized training plans and one on one training sessions. Enoch's training programs are designed to offer runners the same level of training, proper nutrition, pacing strategies, specific pace ranges, core strength, and guidance typically reserved for professional athletes. Coach Enoch has run a 2:18:17 marathon, 1:03:55 half marathon, 14:05 5K, qualified for the 2016 & 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials and is currently training for the 2020 Olympics. Ocala Triathletes

Ocala Triathletes is a USAT sanctioned triathlon club with athletes that like to swim, bike and run.  With more than 50 members from beginners to elite athletes, the group holds regular open water swims, group bike rides, bricks and track run workouts for all levels.  The friendly group competes in local running races and triathlons as well as Ironman events nationwide. They also encourage relay teams for those just getting started in the sport of triathlon.  Swimming and biking offer great cross-training option to weary runners.  Dues are $30/yr - join at www.OcalaTriathletes.com.

Wildwood Area Runner's Group - W.A.R.G.

All ages, runners/walkers, strollers, & pets on a leash (be sure to cleanup :) are welcome! No club dues or fees are required to join... We only ask that you come out with a good & positive attitude to make friends, achieve personal goals, & just have plain ole downright fashion, and inexpensive FUN! So much that you won't even know you're exercising!

  • Meetup:  Meetup around Monday around 5:45 p.m. (with launch at 6:p) in the parking lot behind Wildwood City Hall. Run/jog/walk the 2 mile, 3.1 miles, 4 mile, or 5.5 miles route. All sidewalk are well lit by public street lights. Once a month, meetup after the run at a local eatery for dinner & "fellowship" to share stories, upcoming runs, & life in general.
